OMNIAIR | Terms & Conditons Affiliate Program

By joining the Omniair Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in removal from the program and loss of associated benefits, including free products and commission payouts.

1. Content Requirements

As an active Omniair affiliate, you are required to:

Post a minimum of 1 (one) piece of original content per week featuring Omniair products on Instagram. This includes feed posts, Reels, and/or Stories — any format counts toward the weekly minimum.
Tag @getomniair in every piece of content (in the caption, as a tagged account, or both). For Stories, tag @getomniair using a mention sticker or text tag.
Include your personal discount code (e.g. WESLEY10) in every post, either in the caption, as on-screen text, or in a pinned comment. For Stories, include your code as a text overlay or link sticker.

2. Bio Requirements

You must display the following in your Instagram bio for the duration of your participation in the program:

@getomniair mention or link.
Your personal discount code.

3. Content License & Usage Rights

By submitting, posting, or otherwise creating any content featuring Omniair products as part of this program ("Affiliate Content"), you grant Omniair a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, edit, translate, publish, distribute, and display the Affiliate Content, in whole or in part, in any and all media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to:

Omniair's owned channels (website, social media accounts, email marketing, newsletters).
Paid advertising on Meta (Instagram, Facebook), TikTok, YouTube, Google, Pinterest, and any other platform.
Product packaging, point-of-sale materials, and printed marketing collateral.
Press, partner, and retailer communications.

You confirm that:

You are the sole owner of the Affiliate Content or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and consents from any individuals featured or any third-party material used (including music, voiceovers, and visuals).
Omniair's use of the Affiliate Content will not infringe on any third-party rights.
You waive any moral rights and any right to inspect or approve Omniair's use of the Affiliate Content.
This license survives termination of your participation in the affiliate program.

Omniair is not obligated to credit you when using Affiliate Content, though we will make reasonable efforts to do so on organic social channels.

4. Content Quality Standards

All affiliate content must:

Feature you personally — we want to see you using and wearing Omniair products. Product-only photos or flat lays without you in the frame do not count toward your weekly minimum. Show yourself with the product in real, everyday moments.
Be varied and creative — avoid posting the same type of content repeatedly. We expect a healthy mix of both photo and video content (e.g. Reels, static feed posts, Stories). We also encourage variety in themes and angles (e.g. morning routines, workout content, unboxings, before/after moments, lifestyle shots). Repetitive or low-effort content may not count toward your weekly requirement.
Be original — no reposted, recycled, or AI-generated content without prior approval.
Clearly and authentically feature or mention Omniair products.
Comply with applicable advertising disclosure guidelines (e.g. #ad, #gifted, or paid partnership labels where required by law).
Not contain any claims that have not been approved by Omniair (e.g. medical or health claims).

5. Free Product & Samples

Omniair provides affiliates with complimentary products (e.g. nasal strips) on a monthly basis for personal use and content creation purposes only. These products are not intended for resale. Continued receipt of free products is conditional on meeting the content and activity requirements outlined above.

6. Compliance & Review

Omniair reserves the right to review affiliate activity on a regular basis. If an affiliate fails to meet the minimum posting requirements for two consecutive weeks, Omniair may:

Issue a warning and request immediate compliance.
Pause or cancel future product shipments.
Remove the affiliate from the program entirely.

7. Commission & Payouts

Affiliate commissions are earned on qualifying sales made through your personal discount code or referral link. Commission rates, payout thresholds, and payment schedules are as specified in your Social Snowball dashboard. Omniair reserves the right to adjust commission structures with reasonable notice.

8. Brand Representation

As an Omniair affiliate, you represent the brand publicly. You agree to:

Not make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about Omniair products.
Not engage in any behavior that could damage Omniair's reputation.
Not use Omniair branding, logos, or assets in any unauthorized manner.

9. Exclusivity & Competing Brands

Omniair operates in the recovery, sleep, breathing, and performance categories. As an active affiliate, you agree not to promote, endorse, create content for, or enter into any paid or unpaid partnership with any competing brand for the duration of your participation in the program.

Competing brands include, but are not limited to, any brand selling: nasal strips, mouth tape, sleep masks, breathing aids, snoring solutions, or any product positioned as a direct alternative to Omniair products. A non-exhaustive list of current competitors includes Hostage Tape, SomniFix, Snoozeless, HiStrips, Sniffys, Zippit, and Gudslip.

If you are uncertain whether a brand qualifies as a competitor, you must request written approval from Omniair before engaging in any partnership or promotional activity.

If you breach this exclusivity clause, Omniair reserves the right to, at its sole discretion and without prior notice:

Withhold and forfeit any unpaid commissions, including pending, accrued, or future commissions, regardless of when the underlying sales were generated.
Immediately terminate your participation in the affiliate program.
Deactivate your personal discount code and referral link.
Cease all future product shipments and benefits.
Reclaim or invoice the commercial value of any free products received in the preceding 12 months.
Pursue any other legal remedies available under applicable law.

You acknowledge that this exclusivity clause is a material term of your participation and that Omniair's investment in free products, commissions, and brand association is conditional on your exclusive promotion of Omniair within the categories described above.

10. Termination

Omniair may terminate your participation in the affiliate program at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Upon termination:

You must remove all Omniair references from your bio and cease using your discount code in new content.
Omniair retains the perpetual rights to all Affiliate Content as outlined in Section 3.
Any unpaid commissions remain payable only if termination is not the result of a breach of these terms (including, but not limited to, breach of the exclusivity clause in Section 9).

11. Modifications

Omniair reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of material changes. Continued participation in the program after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
