Yes, that is what the shape is for. The stem sits flat instead of sticking out, so your pillow does not press it into your ear canal. This is the number one reason people give up on standard earplugs, and the reason this pair is shaped the way it is.
Four sizes are included: XS, S, M and L. Start with the medium. If you still hear too much, the seal is not complete and you go up a size. If you feel pressure or it starts to ache, go down. Your left and right ear can need different sizes, which is completely normal.
Hold the earplug between your thumb and index finger, pull gently at the top of your ear to open the canal, then push and twist slowly until the tip seals. Never force them in. To take them out, twist slowly to break the seal rather than pulling them straight out.
The silicone is soft and the fit is shallow, so there is none of the expanding pressure you get from foam plugs. If you do feel pain or discomfort, stop using them and try a different tip size before going back.
Rinse the tips and wipe them with a damp cloth. No chemicals, no sharp objects. Let them dry fully and store them in the carry case so they stay clean between nights.

Unopened packs can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. For hygiene reasons we cannot take back strips once the seal is broken.
