Unopened packs can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. For hygiene reasons we cannot take back strips once the seal is broken.

Send us a photo within a few days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund. You do not need to send anything back first.

Once we receive your return, the refund goes back to your original payment method. It usually lands within a few working days.

Yes. Your strips arrive right before you run out, so you never skip a night. Your first order is up to 30% off (15% for 30 nights, 20% for 60, 30% for 90), every order after that is 10% off, and shipping is always free. You also get a free gift with each of your first 3 deliveries: a storage case, earplugs and a sleep mask.

Any time, from your account. Manage your plan there to change the interval, skip a delivery, pause or cancel, with no fee.
